As our calendars move closer to August, the first day of school is something you may be wondering about. The following are the key dates for the upcoming Kane County School District 2026–2027 school year. For registration details for each school, please refer to each school’s website.
- August 3: Principals and secretaries return to buildings (open for new student registration).
- August 12: Faculty and staff report to schools.
- August 18: First day of school for students.
