As summer winds down, our district is filled with anticipation for the start of a brand-new school year. Kane County School District extends its deepest appreciation to our dedicated faculty, administrators, and support staff, whose hard work over the summer months ensures our schools are ready for students. Special thanks go out to our exceptional custodial team. Thanks to their tireless efforts, deep cleaning hallways, scrubbing classrooms, and applying fresh coats of paint to our school buildings so they are spotless, bright, and welcoming. Their behind-the-scenes care lays the groundwork for a safe, comfortable learning environment across the entire district.
We also express gratitude to our dedicated teachers. Throughout the summer break, educators have spent countless hours refining curriculum, designing engaging lesson plans, and preparing classrooms to support every student’s academic and personal growth. School will officially begin on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
