The Utah High School Activities Association (UHSAA) Board of Trustees recently voted to add shot clocks to both boys and girls high school basketball for the 2022-23 season. The addition of the shot clocks will be implemented in 1A-6A classifications. Basketball games will have a 35-second shot clock and will follow rules and logistics set by the NFHS Basketball Rules Committee.
