On May 5, 2024, the Kane County School District held the 9th annual District Honors Banquet, where students were recognized for their academic achievement. Students in the 7th-12th grade who have earned a cumulative 3.75 GPA received a personal letter from the district inviting them to the banquet. Students received a certificate of achievement, dinner from Houston’s, and heard an inspiring message from Valley High School alumni Sarah Heaton. I’d like to thank Kim Blake for coordinating and organizing the event for our students in the district. Congratulations, students, on your academic accomplishments!
