Kane County School District has signed an agreement with State Bank of Southern Utah to provide a temporary lease on a small section of the old elementary school property. State Bank of Southern Utah will rebuild its office space on Center Street in Kanab. They are anticipating the construction of the new bank will be completed in one year. As part of the lease agreement between Kane County School District and State Bank of Southern Utah, the district will receive $15,000 for the rental of the property, and the proceeds will be donated to the Kane County/Snow College Cosmetology program. When the new bank is completed, the school district property will be returned to its original state
