RFP for Behavioral Health Counseling

Kane County School District (“the District”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists/(LMFT), Clinical Mental Health Counselors (CMHC/LCMHC), or licensed mental health agencies authorized to practice in the State of Utah to provide school-based mental and behavioral health counseling services for K–12 students.

Services will be provided at:

Four (4) elementary schools
One (1) middle school
Two (2) high schools

The anticipated contract start date is August 2026. With the option to contract mental health services for the remaining 2025 school year as needed.

Deadline for application is January 26, 2026
