SHARP Survey - Kane County School District

The Utah State Board of Education is currently asking for feedback on the Student Health and Risk Prevention Survey (SHARP Survey), which is given every two years to students in the 6, 8, 10, and 12 grades. The feedback will be used in the October 6th Utah State Board of Education meeting, where the board will determine whether or not to support the 2023 SHARP Survey administration. Parent signatures are required in the Kane School District for students to participate in the SHARP Survey. We also require parents receive a copy of the survey before they provide parental consent for their students to participate in the survey.
