We would like to thank everyone for providing input into the site selection process of the new elementary school. We greatly appreciated all of the written and public comments provided to the board throughout this seven-month process. As you know, after much consideration, the Ranchos site was selected for the new Kanab Elementary School. We will continue to work with the public and stakeholders to build a state of the art educational facility that will serve our community for many years to come. Moving forward, we will continue to meet with faculty, staff, law enforcement, building committees, and parent groups to receive input on the design, safety and functionality of the new building. A draft version of the site Kanab Elementary School is found below, please know some components may change based upon input from the various groups.
