Thank You!

As we are in the 4th week of school closures resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, I would like to express our appreciation to all of the faculty, staff, students, Kane County School Board, parents and community members who have made the digital education process a successful transition. It has required everyone to learn new programs, where additional vocabulary terms such as “virtual office hours”, “Zoom meeting”, “Google Classroom”, and “Canvas” have become common terms that we have grown accustomed to in our daily online educational instruction. If your students are struggling with the digital instruction, please contact your classroom teacher where resources and personnel are available to help students be academically successful.

Additionally, in an effort to plan for the next school year, the Kane School District has a Kindergarten pre-registration for the 2020-21 school year. If you have a student who will be entering Kindergarten next year, please go to the following link: https://kanek12.org/ and complete the pre-registration from. Thanks again to everyone for their collaborative efforts in helping our students transition to digital instruction.
