I wanted to provide an update on the construction of the new Kanab Elementary School. The new school is 77% completed. The temporary construction fencing has been removed, and the permanent fence has been installed. The wood floor in the gymnasium is being installed. Lights and a sound system in the gym have been installed. The office area has been painted, and cabinets have been installed. Future construction plans include paving the south parking lot and bus drop-off area. The landscape will begin with the installation of the irrigation systems.
